Designed an asynchronous Salesforce architecture using platform events, after-create triggers, and async action item creation to separate bulk processing from user-facing transaction flows.

The Challenge

The client needed reliable promotion of complex nCino record-based configuration across environments, including related financial spreading and policy engine records with dependencies that could not be handled safely by ad hoc manual setup.

The Approach

Designed and validated multi-step Copado Data Deploy Templates with a documented loading sequence, external-ID-based references, and a two-pass deployment pattern to resolve circular dependencies between related managed-package objects.

The Outcome

Turned a fragile, time-consuming implementation task into a repeatable deployment asset, helping the team move configuration across environments faster, cleaner, and with less manual intervention.
